What is Manuka Honey?

The bees in New Zealand collect the nectar of the manuka flowers (leptospermum scoparium), in the remote valleys and alps in New Zealand, and turn it into honey, that they deposit into the comb at the hive location. The manuka bush grows in the wild and is uncultivated, therefore the beehives are placed in the middle of the tea tree bushes, letting the bees forage on the manuka flower, that only blooms about 4 weeks out of the year.
Manuka Honey is a naturally medicinal honey, discovered by the indigenous people of New Zealand centuries ago. They already knew back then, that manuka honey is soothing to the stomach, and aids in rapid wound healing. Manuka Honey is further known for its soothing, coating and rejuvenating properties, especially when it comes to a sore throat, cold, cough, fever blister or canker sore. So when you are looking for nature’s most powerful “natural antibiotic”, you have found it right here, in this bottle of Propolis Manuka Honey Syrup. Manuka Honey is well known to help naturally destroy staph and strep, and the more potent kind, Manuka Honey UMF®16+, h. pylori, MRSA & VRE staph infections.

What is Manuka Oil?

Manuka Oil is extracted by distillation, from the leaves of the wild tea tree bush in New Zealand. It takes 1 ton of the tiny manuka leaves, to extract just 1 liter of manuka oil. It is a very labor intensive job, to cut down the manuka bushes along the rolling hills and mountainous areas in New Zealand, and bring them to the distillery. Manuka Oil, compared the regular tea tree oil, has shown to be about 30x more potent, therefore manuka oil has to be used very sparingly, and if used just by itself (for surface skin conditions), it is usually diluted with almond oil, by a factor of 1:10, meaning one part manuka oil and nine parts almond oil. Manuka Oil is known for its natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-mold properties.

Other ingredients:
Apple Cider Vinegar, Vitamin C, Fennel, Peppermint Oil, Eucaluptus Oil, Clove Leaf Oil, all have their own natural benefits, in addition to manuka honey and manuka oil. Apple Cider Vinegar is well known as a natural body cleanser. Vitamin C for energy. Fennel and the other oils may help with suppressing a cough, the natural way.

Directions for use:
