Be ready, because these drinks will have your taste buds craving more!
Grapefruit Mockgarita
To make this delicious “mockgarita,” take an available cocktail shaker and combine ice with a tablespoon of lime juice, a ½ tablespoon of pure maple syrup, and a ¼ cup of fresh grapefruit juice, shaking well. Wet the rim of a serving glass before dipping it in Himalayan salt. Throw four to five ice cubes into the glass, pour the mocktail in, and garnish it with a mini chili pepper and cilantro.
Pomegranate Cos-no-politan
With your cocktail shaker, mix together ice with a ½ cup of fresh pomegranate juice, a ¼ cup of aquafaba, a ½ tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a ¼ teaspoon of grated ginger root, and a teaspoon of Manuka honey. Shake the ingredients well and pour the drink into a glass, using fresh mint as a garnish.
Mint Watermelon Quencher
Using a blender, combine four to five ice cubes, ¾ cup of seedless fresh watermelon, half a peeled medium-sized cucumber, a ½ tablespoon of lemon juice, two mint leaves, and a ½ cup of coconut water. Blend the concoction until it’s smooth and pour it into a glass, garnishing with a small watermelon wedge and fresh mint.
Pina Mocklada
Using a blender, combine four to five ice cubes, a ½ cup of sliced frozen banana, ¾ cup of fresh pineapple, a ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk, a ¼ teaspoon of grated ginger root, an ⅛ teaspoon of ground turmeric, a 1/16 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and a ½ teaspoon of blackstrap molasses. Blend the drink until it’s smooth before transferring to a glass and garnishing with a fresh pineapple wedge and a ½ teaspoon of shredded coconut.
Sassy Virgin Mary
Using a blender, combine a cup of tomato juice, a tablespoon of juice from jarred, all-natural olives, half a fresh medium-sized zucchini, an ⅛ teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning, a 1/16 teaspoon of crushed red pepper, and a 1/16 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Blend the concoction until it’s smooth. Throw some ice into a serving glass before pouring in the mocktail. Garnish the drink with a fresh celery stalk and a toothpick with alternating all-natural pickle slices and olives.
