Directions for Manuka Honey Yogurt Raita Over Tandoori Chicken
- Manuka Honey Yogurt Raita: To begin, combine all of your ingredients for the yogurt raita and let it sit to allow the flavors to blend together. Season with some black pepper and salt.
- Spicy Honey Cilantro Jalapeno Sauce: For this sauce, combine all of your ingredients in an available food processor, pureeing until the mixture is smooth. Then, season the sauce with both black pepper and salt.
- Manuka Honey Tandoori Chicken: In a large enough dish, combine the chicken breasts, the Manuka honey, the Greek yogurt, and the spices, allowing the dish to marinate for about two hours. Once the dish nears the end of its marinating time, start heating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- On a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil, remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and lay them out on the baking sheet. Cook the breasts for about ten minutes or until they are fully cooked.
- Once the dish is ready, serve the Manuka honey yogurt raita over the tandoori chicken, drizzling the spicy honey cilantro jalapeno sauce and providing fresh red jalapenos as garnishes. Enjoy!
